The route starts at Thailand Cultural Centre Station, which is an interchange station for both the MRT Orange Line and the MRT Blue Line projects. The route then passes under Watthana Tham Road to the MRTA office area, which is the location of the depot. From there, it turns onto Rama 9 Road to run along it, passing Pradit Manutham Intersection before turning left onto Ramkhamhaeng Road. It continues pass Lam Sali Intersection to Khlong Ban Ma. After that, the structure changes to an elevated near Sammakorn Village, crossing over Kanchanaphisek Road. The route terminates at the of junction Ramkhamhaeng Road and Suwinthawong Road.
