The route starts at Sukhumvit Road, which is the connection point with the Bangkok Mass Transit System (BTS) Sukhumvit Line Extension, Section 1, On Nut - Bearing section, near Soi Sukhumvit 107 (Bearing). It runs the median of Sukhumvit Road, crosses Khlong Samrong, passes Thepharak Intersection, and Pu Chao Saming Phrai Intersection. Upon reaching the intersection with the Southern Outer Ring Road project, the alignment will deviate from the median to the west of Sukhumvit Road to cross the Sukhumvit overpass. Then, it will return to the median of Sukhumvit Road, passing Sala Klang Intersection, Electricity Authority Intersection, Phraek Sa Intersection, and Sai Luat Intersection, until the project ends in front of the Bang Ping substation. The route will then deviate to the west and lower its level to enter the maintenance center behind the Bang Ping substation.
