MRTA lay the flower wreath at King RAMA VIII’s monument Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) laid the flower wreath at King Rama VIII’s monument on Thursday 9 June 2016 at Suthat Thep Wararam Temple to commemorate the death of King Rama VIII. Furthermore, MRTA donated money about 4,000 baht to Atthama Ratchanusorn Foundation Under Patronage H.M. to give a royal charity to King Rama VIII.

The 5th fire prevention project 2016 (MRT Green Line project Bearing-Samut Prakan) Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) organized the 5th fire prevention activity of 2016 for communities along the route of MRT Green Line project Bearing-Samut Prakan. The activities were held on Saturday 11th June 2016 for Supakorn Community and Bang Duan Village No.8 Community where MRTA Security and Rescue Department officers trained people in communities on the self-use of fire extinguishers. This activity is the last fire prevention activities of 2016, where a total number of 10 communities were trained.

Teachers and students from Chulalongkorn University Demonstration School visit MRTA Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) greeted the total number of 20 teachers and students from Chulalongkorn University Demonstration School visiting MRTA on a field trip at M.R.T. Chaloem Ratchamongkhon Line’s depot on Thursday 23rd June 2016 at 10.00-12.00 A.M., where Bangkok Expressway and Metro PLC (BEM)’s officer was a lecturer.

Teachers and students from Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University visit MRTA Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) greeted 43 teachers and students from Geography and Geo-infomatics program, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University visiting MRTA on their field trip for M.R.T. System Operation’s knowledge. The group was lectured by Bangkok Expressway and Metro PLC (BEM)’s officers on Tuesday 20th December 2016 at M.R.T. Chalerm Ratchamongkhol Line’s depot. and Geo-infomatics program, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University visiting MRTA on their field trip for M.R.T. System Operation’s knowledge. The group was lectured by Bangkok Expressway and Metro PLC (BEM)’s officers on Tuesday 20th December 2016 at M.R.T. Chalerm Ratchamongkhol Line’s depot.

MRTA executives and officers volunteer to support people at the Grand Palace Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA)’s executives and officers volunteered to support people attending King Bhumibol Adulyadej’s funeral around the Grand Palace at supporting booth 2 near Silpakorn University’s entrance, Na Phra Lan road on 18th – 22nd November 2016 where MRTA brought drinking waters, foods, breads, candies, umbrellas, borneol herbs, fans, “I was born in the reign of king Rama IX” pin badges and condolences bows totally 17,365 pieces to give to people. MRTA also sent MRTA rescue team to take care of people around the booth.

MRTA organized the 1st-2nd Kids Sang Sun Activities Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) organized the 1st-2nd Kids Sang Sun Activities under Ruamsaijai Sungkhom Thai Pattana Project leading 80 students from Streesmutprakan School, Samutprakan School, Mattayom Dansamrong School, Dhepsirin Samutprakan School, Samutprakan Technical College and Samutprakan Polytechnic College to listen to the lecture about M.R.T. and visit M.R.T. Green Line Bearing-Samut Prakan Project, M.R.T. Blue Line Hua Lumphong-Bang Khae and Bang Sue-Tha Phra project’s construction sites on Friday 17th and 24th June 2016. The activities were held in order to promote M.R.T. projects to youth and increase relationship between MRTA, communities and schools along the route of M.R.T. Green Line Bearing-Samut Prakan Project.

We Love MRTA activity and Mother and Children Photo Contest Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) organized an award ceremony for the winners of We Love MRTA photo contest activity and Mother and Children Photo Contest under Happy Work Place project on Friday 9th September 2016 at central lobby, first floor, building 1, MRTA where Pol.Lt.Col. Anusilp Sirivejchapan, Assistant Governor presided over the ceremony to give reward totally cost 31,500 baht to the winners. The photos from We love MRTA activity will be in MRTA 2017 calendar.

Risk Management Subcommittee from The Secretariat of The house of Representatives visits MRTA Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) greeted the total number of 80 Risk Management Subcommittees and officers from The Secretariat of The house of Representatives visiting MRTA on a field trip for Risk Management knowledge on Thursday 30th June 2016 at 9.00-12.00 A.M. at Meeting Room 2, 9th floor, building 1, MRTA. The group was lectured on “Operational Risk and Compliance Risk Management” topic by Miss Budsakorn Yusook, Director of Policy and Strategy Department, where Mr. Theeraphan Tachasirinugune, Deputy Governor (Strategy and Planning) honorably greeted the guests.

MRTA attends 100th Anniversary of Bangkok Railway Station celebration Mr. Peerayudh Singpatanakul, Governor of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) honorably attended the opening ceremony of 100th Anniversary of Bangkok Railway Station celebration on Saturday 25th June 2016 at Bangkok Railway Station. The celebration was held by State Railway of Thailand (SRT) in order to celebrate 100th Anniversary of Bangkok Railway Station where Dr. Somkid Jatusripitak, Deputy Prime Minister for economic affairs presided over the event.
