MRTA participates in sign to salute and well – wishing ceremony on the occasion of HM Queen Sirikit, The Queen Mother’s birthday on 12th August 2020           Mr. Pakapong Sirikantaramas, Governor of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) participated in sign to salute ceremony on the occasion of HM Queen Sirikit, The Queen Mother’s 84th birthday on 12th August 2020 at Grand Palace where Mr. Chaiwat Thongkamkoon, Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Transport (MOT) led MOT executives attended the ceremony.          In the same day, the governor also participated in well – wishing ceremony with other executives under supervision of MOT at MOT club and meeting building where Mr. Saksayam Chidchob, Minister of Transport presided over the ceremony.
MRTA organizes giving alms activity in occasion of Queen Sirikit, The Queen Mother’s birthday on 12th August 2020           Mr. Pakapong Sirikantaramas, Governor of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) presided over giving alms activity in occasion of Queen Sirikit, The Queen Mother’s birthday 12th August 2020 on Tuesday 11th August 2020 at main lobby, 1st floor, building 1, MRTA where MRTA executives and officers joined in the activity.
MRTA flea market of February 2020    Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) organized MRTA flea market of February 2020 at the walkways beside cafeteria, building 1, MRTA on Tuesday 4th February 2020 from 11.30 AM to 01.00 PM where there were 9 MRTA officers’ shops selling various goods such as foods, beverage and house wares etc.   The flea market was held monthly in order to enhance friendship between MRTA employees and to help them increasing revenue.
MRTA joins in 44th State Enterprises games (2020)      Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) sent MRTA athletes to join in 44th States Enterprises Games (2020) where MRTA participated in 7 sports including 1. Badminton 2. Basketball 3. Football 4. Futsal 5. Golf 6. Cycling and 7. Track and Field between Monday 27th January – Friday 28th February 2020.          The result of the MRTA’s competition summarize as follows1) Badminton received 3 medals including 1 silver and 2 bronze medals.    - Silver Medal from men doubles (90 years old up) from Mr. Punpong Limsiriwong, Mr. Jiradet Pannak, Sm.1 Jarut Sittiwong from Security and Rescue Department and Mr. Waranon Dilokkhunanan from MRT Project Development Department.    - Bronze Medal from women doubles from Miss Wipa Panwiset from Operations Department, Miss Metinee Vutiphagdee from Business Development Department and Miss Patcharatwadee Sasisuwan from Land Development and Management Department.    -.....
MRTA congratulates DLT on 79th establishment anniversary           Miss Sirithida Thammakul, Assistant Governor on behalf of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) congratulated Department of Land Transport (DLT) on 79th establishment anniversary on Tuesday 11th August 2020 at DLT, Bangkok. In this regard, MRTA also distributed to TAB foundation.
MRTA organizes 2nd “Our Home season 4” project of year 2020         Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) organized 2nd “Our Home season 4” project of year 2020 at Watparknam school on Friday 7th August 2020 to educate students the new normal way of life and the safe way to travel by MRT after Coronavirus 2019 (COVID - 19) pandemic period. In this regard, MRTA distributed face masks and souvenirs to teachers and students. Moreover, Students from Watparknam school wrote well – wishing postcards to students from Mahaweeranuwat school.          This project was held in order to made Mahaweeranuwat school, along the route of M.R.T. Chalerm Ratchamongkol line and Watparknam school, along the route of M.R.T. Chalong Ratchadham line have the activities together, to strengthen their relationship between student in school along the route of M.R.T. and to strengthen relationship between schools and MRTA.
MRTA organizes Children day’s activity 2020      Mr. Surachet Laophulsuk, Deputy Governor (Engineering and Construction) of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) presided over the opening ceremony of MRTA Children day’s activity 2020 at Sammakorn Place Ramkhamhaeng, Bangkok on Saturday 11th January 2020 where K.E. REIT MANAGEMENT CO., LTD (Summakorn Place’s owner)’s executives and M.R.T. Orange Line project: Thailand Cultural Center – Min Buri’s executives also attended the ceremony.    In the activity, there were K-9 dog show from MRTA, the shows from school along the route of M.R.T Orange Line project and game booths.     MRTA has organized Children days’ activities every year to strengthen relationship between MRTA, people and children along the route of M.R.T. project and to promote MRTA’s corporate image. Therefore, MRTA organized the activity under “MRTA fun metro” theme and co-operated with Summakorn Place Ramkhamheang which is along the route of M.R.T......
MRTA organizes giving alms activity in occasion of New Year festival 2020      Mr. Pakapong Sirikantaramas, Governor of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) led executives and officers to join in giving alms activity in occasion of New Year festival 2020 on Wednesday 8th January 2020 where MRTA invited 9 Buddhist monks from Praram 9 Kanchanapisek temple to have breakfast and receive alms at main lobby, 1st floor, building 1, MRTA. In this regard, Mr. Pakapong also led executives to pay homage to Brahma shrine, sacred spirit, King Rama V, King Rama IX and King Rama X’ portraits.
MRTA 3rd Blood Donation activity 2020           Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) and National Blood Centre, Thai Red Cross Society organized MRTA 3rd Blood Donation activity 2020 on Friday 7th August 2020 in front of building 1, MRTA where 213 MRTA’s officers and employees, Bangkok Expressway and Metro PLC’s officers, contractors and project assistants joined this activity by donating blood.

In this regard, MRTA distributed face masks and souvenirs to teachers and students and MRTA also made students from Mahaweeranuwat school write well – wishing postcards to students from Watparknam school.     This project was held in order to made Mahaweeranuwat school which is school along the route of M.R.T. Chalerm Ratchamongkol line and Watparknam school which is school along the route of M.R.T. Chalong Ratchadham line have the activities together, to strengthen their relationship between students in school along the route of M.R.T. and to strengthen relationship between schools and MRTA.

MRTA attends MOT’s giving alms ceremony in occasion of New Year’s day 2020      Mr. Rithika Suparat, Deputy Governor (Administration) on behalf of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) attended Ministry of Transport (MOT)’s giving alms ceremony in occasion of New Year’s day 2020 where Mr. Saksayam Chidchob, Minister of Transport presided over the ceremony and heads of organization under MOT attended on Monday 6th January 2020 at MOT’s headquarter, Bangkok.
