The route starts from Phitsanulok University, heading north along Highway No. 126, passing Phitsanulok Bus Terminal 2. It then converges with Highway No. 12 at the Indochina Intersection. From there, it slide left to run along Highway No. 12, passing Phitsanulok Bus Terminal 1, Wat Phra Si Rattana Mahathat Woramahawihan, finally terminates at the CentralPlaza Phitsanulok.
