On April 25, 2025, Mr. Thanom Ratanasate, Assistant Governor of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA), on behalf of MRTA received an Outstanding Official Information Center Award 2024 from the Office of the Information Commission, the Office of the Permanent Secretary, the Prime Minister's Office. The award was handed over by Miss Jiraporn Sindhuprai, Minister attached to the Prime Minister's Office at Santi Maitri Building, Government House.

The award is a recognition of government agencies that have disclosed official information transparently and in accordance with the Official Information Act B.E. 2540. MRTA is one of 14 agencies that received the Award in 2024 at the Very Good level (Silver Shield). 18 agencies received the Good level award (Bronze Shield) and 49 agencies received the Standard level award (Clear Shield).
