Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA), by Safety Occupational Health and Environment Office executed a night audit for the MRT Pink Line Extension Project: Si Rat Station - Muang Thong Thani Section, at construction sites of Impact Muang Thong Thani Station (MT01) and Lake Muang Thong Thani (MT02) for safety inspections such as installing lighting, warning light and warning sign to be clearly visible, aligning the sites’ barrier for preventing encroachment on the traffic road, zoning no-entry area for safety, installing safety net to prevent debris and dust from construction at high places to keep them in good condition and ready for use, and the strength of scaffolding, ladders, handrails, and other equipment. Besides, MRTA assigned the civil works contractors to supervise all staff to wear personal protective equipment while on duty and strictly adhere to safety standards according to the MRTA Safety Declaration: Zero Fatal Accident.
