Mrs. Natamon Bunnak, Deputy Governor (Finance) of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) led 37 executives and officers to participate in Meditation Retreat activity of 2025 on 21^st – 23^rd May 2025 at Phutthamontha House – meditation center, Nakhon Nayok province where Suchart Abhijatom, a monk from Bowonniwet Vihara temple was a lecturer on how to deal with suffering and living with self-awareness course.

          This activity was held in order to encourage employees to have Work – life balance and strong physical and mental health.
