MRTA congratulates MD on the occasion of 165th establishment anniversary. 05 Aug. 67 Mrs. Raveewan Phongsupatsamit, Director of M&E System Department on behalf of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) congratulated Marine Department (MD) on the occasion of 165th establishment anniversary on Monday 5th August 2024 at MD office. In this regard, MRTA contributed for MD charity activities fund where Mr. Kritphet Chaichuai, MD Director General was a receiver.

MRTA organizes Green Office Hero activity of 2024 leading officers to receive training on creating value from the waste materials in office and study tour at Plastic Recycling Plant at Rayong Province. 11 Jul. 67 Miss Jirata Wattanapradit, Director of Office of Corporate Communications of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) led a group of 25 Green Office Hero officers to receive training on creating value from waste materials in office from Wishulada, social activist artist. The training included using unused MRT Cards as materials for art pieces. In additional, there were study tour on transferring recycle plastic bottle to plastic pellets at Plastic Recycling Plant of ENVICCO, a subsidiary of PTT GC between 11th – 12th July 2024. Therefore, Green Office Hero group have to use the knowledge received to create a campaign project to change behavior of MRTA officers towards Zero Waste society and present it in the form of an exhibition in Now for the Future activity in September 2024. MRTA organizes Giving Alms activity of August 2024 in occasion of Queen Sirikit, The Queen Mother’s birthday on 12th August 2024 06 Aug. 67 Mr. Vithaya Punmongkol, Deputy Governor (Operations) acting Governor of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) presided over Giving Alms activity of August 2024 leading executives, officers and employee to participate in the activity which was held to honor Queen Sirikit, The Queen Mother in occasion of H.M. birthday on 12th August 2024 on Tuesday 6th August 2024 at meeting room 2, 9th floor, building 1 where MRTA invited 10 Buddhist monks from Praram 9 Kanchanapisek to have breakfast and receive alms. MRTA organizes Eco Transportations activity thanking passengers for using public transport on World Car Free Day 2024 20 Sep. 67 Miss Jirata Wattanapradit, Director of Office of Corporate Communications of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) led MRTA officers to organize Eco Transportations activity thanking passengers for using public transport on World Car Free Day 2024 (22nd September 2024) by giving 1,000 seedling plants including Mahogany, Thai Bamboo, Phayung, Yellow Trumpetbush and Siamese cassia from MOT planting trees project in occasion of H.M. the king 6th cycle birthday on 28th July 2024 and MRTA souvenirs to MRT passengers on Sunday 22nd September 2024 at Kamphaeng Phet Station. MRTA organizes 3rd Blood Donation activity and Eye, Organ and Body Donation activity of 2024. 06 Aug. 67 Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) with National Blood Centre and Thai Red Cross Youth and Volunteer Bureau, Thai Red Cross Society organized 3rd Blood Donation activity and Eye, Organ and Body Donation activity of 2024 on Tuesday 6th August 2024 at main lobby, 1st floor, building 1, MRTA where MRTA executives, officers, employees, M.R.T. project consultants and contractors donated 108 unit of blood. MRTA organizes MRTA Innovation Camp 2024 03 Aug. 67 Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) organized MRTA Innovation Camp 2024 selected 10 groups of high school and vocational school students to participate in Innovation for social and environment Project Contest on “How to sustainable develop the city with MRT by the innovation concerning social and environment” topic. The contestants were lectured from innovation expertise on Design Thinking topic between 3rd – 4th August 2024 at Swissôtel Bangkok Ratchada where Mr. Tanom Rattanasate, MRTA Assistant Governor presided over project launching day event. Afterwards, there were MRTA Pitching Day on 10th August 2024 where Mr. Nutt Nakthoranin, MRTA Assistant Governor, Ms. Araya Panurach, Bangkok Metro Networks Co., Ltd.
