MRTA congratulates MOT on 108th establishment anniversary
Mr. Rithika Suparat, Deputy Governor (Administration) on behalf of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) congratulated Ministry of Transport (MOT) on 108th establishment anniversary on Wednesday 1st April 2020 at club and meeting building, MOT where Mr. Saksayam Chidchob, Minister of Transport presided over the ceremony.
MRTA congratulates PDMO on 18th establishment anniversary
Mrs. Natamon Bunnak, Deputy Governor (Finance) on behalf of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) congratulated Public Debt Management Office (PDMO) on 18th establishment anniversary on Tuesday 22nd September 2020 at Office of Permanent Secretary for Finance. In this regard, MRTA also distributed to PDMO charity and PDMO welfare fund.
MRTA distributes relief supplies bags for communities affected by COVID - 19
Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) organizes Relief supplies bags Distribution for 2 communities along the route of MRT Projects to help people affected by Coronavirus desease 2019 pandemic (COVID – 19). The distribution of 285 relief supplies bags to Behind Thai – Japanese Association community and Ladprao canal community at Huai khwang healthy park on Tuesday 19th May 2020 led by Mr. Rithika Suparat, Deputy Governor (Administration) and the distribution of 215 relief supplies bags to Hidaya Pattana community at Hidaya Pattana community on Friday 22nd May 2020 led by Mr. Surachet Laophulsuk, Deputy Governor (Engineering and Construction).
MRTA welcomes teachers and students from Wat Bang Rak Yai school visiting M.R.T. Chaloem Ratchamongkhon and Chalong Ratchadham Line
Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) welcomed 114 teachers and primary students from Wat Bang Rak Yai school visiting and riding M.R.T. Chaloem Ratchamongkhon and Chalong Ratchadham Line from Bang Rak Yai station to Sanam Chai station on Wednesday 23rd September 2020. This activity was part of “M.R.T. Riding with P’Tunjai” project 2020 in order to enhance children M.R.T. riding experience and to support learning and equality.
MRTA and Praram 9 Kanchanapisek temple organized COVID – 19 Giving Alms activity distributes food and necessary items to needy people
Mr. Tanom Rattanasate, Assistant Governor of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) presided over COVID – 19 Giving Alms activity offering food and necessary items including rice, dried food, drinking water, cloth masks and alcohol gel from MRTA executives and officers to Buddhist monks from Praram 9 Kanchanapisek temple where Phra Tham Bandit (Apipol Apipalo), Praram 9 Kanchanapisek’s chief abbot was the receiver on Thursday 21st May 2020 at Praram 9 Kanchanapisek temple. At all events, the food and necessary items would be distributed to Bueng Praram 9 Pattana community and to "Cupboard of Shared Happiness" from Somdet Phra Yannasangwon Supreme Patriarch Bowonniwet Vihara temple under royal patronage to help people affected by Coronavirus decease 2019 pandemic (COVID - 19).
MRTA participates in World Maritime day 2020 activity
Mr. Tanom Rattanasate, Assistant Governor on behalf of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) participated in World Maritime day 2020 activity on Thursday 24th September 2020 at Merchant Marine Training Centre, Samut Prakarn Province where Mr. Artirat Ratanasate, Deputy Minister of Transport presided over the ceremony.
MRTA distributes face shields to needy hospitals
Miss Jirata Wattanapradit, Director of Public Relations Division acting Director of Office of Corporate Communications on behalf of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) distributed 20,373 Face Shields to needy hospitals including Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai hospital, Nakornping hospital from Chiang Mai Province, Naresuan University hospital and Fort Somdej Phranaresuan Maharaj hospital from Phitsanulok Province to distribute to medical staffs during Coronavirus desease 2019 pandemic (COVID–19) outbreak period on Tuesday 26th May 2020. At all events, the face shields were part of 1st MRTA Volunteer activity of 2020 where MRTA volunteers made all face shields themselves for needy hospitals.
MRTA organizes Green Office 2020 project
Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) organized Green Office 2020 project between July – September 2020 in order to enhance MRTA officers environmental protection knowledge and to reduce internal resources consumption. The project was conducted by letting MRTA executives and officers give used plastic bottles to selected recycle bins which represented 3 charity foundations along the route of MRT projects including Home for Handicapped Animals Foundation (MRT Pink line project: Kaerai – Min Buri), Ban Bang Khae Social Welfare Development Center for Older Persons (MRT Chaloem Ratchamongkhon line) and Min Buri Learning & Rehabilitation Center for Special Needs Children (MRT Orange line project: Thailand Cultural Center – Min Buri). The charity foundations with the most bottles would receive donation from MRTA 100,000 Baht, 60,000 Baht and 40,000 Baht orderly. The project concluded with 1,475 bottles.....
MRTA organizes sign to salute ceremony on the occasion of HM Queen Suthida Bajrasudhabimalalakshana’s birthday on 3rd June 2020
Mr. Pakapong Sirikantaramas, Governor of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) led MRTA executives to participate in the sign to salute ceremony on the occasion of HM Queen Suthida Bajrasudhabimalalakshana’s birthday on 3rd June 2020 on Tuesday 3rd 2020 at main lobby, 1st floor, building 1, MRTA.
MRTA organized 1st “Our Home season 4” project of year 2020
Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) organized 1st “Our Home season 4” project of year 2020 at Mahaweeranuwat school on Friday 31st July 2020 to educate students the new normal way of life and the safe way to travel by metro after Coronavirus 2019 (COVID - 19) pandemic period. In this regard, MRTA distributed face masks and souvenirs to teachers and students and MRTA also made students from Mahaweeranuwat school write well – wishing postcards to students from Watparknam school. This project was held in order to made Mahaweeranuwat school which is school along the route of M.R.T. Chalerm Ratchamongkol line and Watparknam school which is school along the route of M.R.T. Chalong Ratchadham line have the activities together, to strengthen their relationship between students in school along the route of M.R.T. and to strengthen relationship between schools and MRTA.

Mr. Rithika Suparat, Deputy Governor (Administration) on behalf of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) participated in sign to salute ceremony on the occasion of HM Queen Suthida Bajrasudhabimalalakshana’s birthday 2020 on Wednesday 3rd June 2020 at Grand Palace where Mr. Chaiwat Thongkamkoon, Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Transport (MOT) and other executives attended the ceremony. In the same day, Mr. Rithika also participated in well – wishing ceremony at meeting room, 3rd floor, MOT club and meeting building where Mr. Saksayam Chidchob, Ministry of Transport and other executives attended ceremony as well.
MRTA 3rd Blood Donation activity 2020
Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) and National Blood Centre, Thai Red Cross Society organized MRTA 3rd Blood Donation activity 2020 on Friday 7th August 2020 in front of building 1, MRTA where 213 MRTA’s officers and employees, Bangkok Expressway and Metro PLC’s officers, contractors and project assistants joined this activity by donating blood.
