MRTA participates in ‘MISSION 2023’ new mission announcement to reduce 1,000,000 ton of Greenhouse Gases to be Carbon Neutral.          Mr. Tanom Rattanasate, Assistant Governor on behalf Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) participated in ‘MISSION 2023’ new mission announcement to reduce 1,000,000 ton of Greenhouse Gases to be Carbon Neutral on Tuesday 29th March 2022 at Grand Ballroom, Shangri-La Bangkok hotel where leading government and private sectors participated in the announcement.
MRTA organizes 3rd MRTA Volunteer activity of 2022 improving multi-purpose building and landscape and donating educational equipment to Srirat school.      Mr. Nuttapong Songpracha, Director of Office of Legal Affairs and Miss Jirata Wattanapradit, Director of Office of the Corporate Communications on behalf of Mass Rapid Transit Authority (MRTA) handed over multi-purpose building, covered walkway and educational equipment to Srirat school due to 3rd MRTA Volunteer activity of 2022 on Wednesday 21st September 2022 where Mr. Vitthaya Chapanon, Bang Yai District Chief and Mr. Prawit Dumrongsarp, a school director were receivers.      MRTA Volunteer activity was held to encourage voluntary consciousness to officers and be a part of sustainable corporate development by taking MRTA officers to do CSR activities outside organization. On this occasion, MRTA volunteers participated in renovation and decoration multi-purpose building and adjusting landscape near study building. MRTA donates and sends E-sports team competing in “RoV-Chula Alumni The Charity Tournament 2022” supporting Survival Box Project           Miss Jirata Wattanapradit, Director of Office of Corporate Communications on behalf of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) donated money totally 150,000 baht supporting “RoV-Chula Alumni The Charity Tournament 2022” competition on the occasion of 105th establishment anniversary of Chulalongkorn University on Thursday 31st March 2022 at Chulalongkorn University Alumni Association where MRTA sent E-sports team competing on organization category and received runner-up award.           Therefore, the competition was held in order to support Survival Box Project to receive medical supplies to help Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19)’s patients while waiting for treatment at home.
MRTA signs the book of blessing and lights the candle on the occasion of King Rama X’ birthday on 28th July 2022           Mrs. Natamon Bunnak, Deputy Governor (Finance) on behalf of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) signed the book of blessing to King Rama X on the occasion of H.M. birthday on Thursday 28th July 2022 at Sahathai Samakom Pavilion, the Grand Palace where Mr. Chayatan Phromsorn, Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Transport (MOT) led executives and head of organizations under MOT sign the book.          After that, Mr. Tanom Rattasate, Assistant Governor on behalf of MRTA participated in lit the candle ceremony with head of organizations under MOT in front of MOT where Mr. Pisak Jitviriyavasin, Deputy Permanent Secretary preside over the ceremony.
MRTA organizes 1st MRTA Sharing activity of 2022 distributing money and necessary things to Thailand Association of the Blind           Miss Jirata Wattanapradit, Director of Office of Corporate Communications on behalf of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) distributed money and necessary things such as rice, dried food, Hand-washed Alcohol, Antigen Test Kit and etc. totally worth 100,000 Baht from MRTA executives and officers through 1st MRTA Sharing activity of 2022 to Thailand Association of the Blind (TAB) on Friday 31st March 2022 at TAB head office where Mr. Tewapong Puangpetch, TAB Executive Director was receiver.         At all event, MRTA Sharing activity was held to encourage MRTA executives and officers to share and support needy people.
MRTA organizes Now for the Future activity under Green Office project 2022      Mr. Tanom Rattanasate, Assistant Governor of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) presided over the opening of Now for the Future activity under Green Office project 2022 at main lobby, 1st floor, MRTA on Thursday 15th September 2022. The activity was held to present the result of Green Office project 2022 and disseminate environmental conservation knowledge and reduce the use of office building resources by MRTA representatives: Green Office Hero.     The result of Green Office project 2022, MRTA selected 19 officers to be Green Office Hero: MRTA officer’s representative in studying and presenting the knowledge of waste management in office building, energy conservation and Greenhouse Gases reduction. Moreover, MRTA promoted sorting plastic bottles in office building resulting 1,736.13 Kilograms of plastic bottles (Approx. 138,891 bottles) to recycle calculating to carbon footprint of 1.789 tons CO2. MRTA participates in Buddhist chanting ceremony on the occasion of MOT 110th establishment anniversary           Mr. Tanom Rattanasate, Assistant Governor on behalf of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) participated in Buddhist chanting ceremony in occasion of Ministry of Transport (MOT) 110th establishment anniversary on Friday 1st April 2022 at Club and Meeting room building, MOT where Mr. Saksayam Chidchob, Minister of Transport presided over the ceremony. In this regard, MRTA contributed to MOT’s charitable and public interest funds.
MRTA congratulates MD on 163rd establishment anniversary           Mr. Theeraphon Adisorn, Director of M&E System Department on behalf of Mass Rapid transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) congratulated Marine Department (MD) on 163rd establishment anniversary on Friday 5th August 2022 at MD’s head office, Bangkok where MRTA contributed to MD’s charitable activities where Mr. Anon Luangboriboon, Deputy Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Transport acting Director of Marine Department was a receiver.
MRTA congratulates DRT on 3rd establishment anniversary            Mr. Nutt Nakthoranin, Director of MRT Project Development Department on behalf of Mass Rapid transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) congratulated Department of Rail Transport (DRT) on 3rd establishment anniversary on Thursday 9th June 2022 at Na Talang building, DRT, Bangkok. In this regard, MRTA also contributed to DRT to support charitable activity and DRT officers’ welfare where Mr. Pichet Kunadhamraks, Director General of the Department of Rail Transport was receiver.
MRTA participated in the tribute to Queen Elizabeth II of the Great Britain      Miss Sirithida Thammakul, Deputy Governor (Administration) on behalf of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) participated in the tribute to Queen Elizabeth II of the Great Britain on Thursday 22nd September 2022 in front of the Queen’s portrait near Manee Nopparat gate of the Grand Palace where Mr. Pisak Jitviriyavasin, Deputy Permanent Secreatary of Ministry of Transport (MOT) led executives of organization under MOT join in the tribute.
MRTA organizes Community Safety Training for students from Nawaminthrachinuthit Triamudomsuksanomklao school           Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) organized Community Safety Training for students from Nawaminthrachinuthit Triamudomsuksanomklao school on Friday 24th June 2022 holding Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training and fire extinguish training by lecturers from MRTA Security, Fire and Rescue Training Institute to prepare students for real life situation. In this regard, MRTA also distributed 10 fire extinguishers to school.          MRTA has organized these training for communities along the route of MRT project since 2014 where the project on the 2022 is schedule at communities along the route of MRT Orange line project: Thailand Cultural Centre – Min Buri (Suwinthawong).
MRTA organizes Green Office Hero under Green Office Project 2022           Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) organized Green Office Hero activity under Green Office Project 2022 leading 19 chosen MRTA officers to attend training on internal waste management, energy saving and greenhouse gas reducing between 10th – 11th August 2022 at the Standard Hua Hin, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province and Thai Plastic Recycle Group factory, Samut Sakhon Province. Therefore, Green Office Heroes will transfer the knowledge in Now for the Future activity later.
