Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) organized “Library for Youths” activity leading 45 MRTA officers to renovate school’s library, repair schoolyard and paint cafeteria tables for Ban Chai Talay Bang Krachao school, Samut Sakhon province on Monday 4th September 2017. The activity was held in order to support education of children and youths in rural area and to improve quality of life.

Mr. Rithika Suparat, Deputy governor acting Governor of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) and executives attended giving alms activity to honor King Bhumibol Adulayadej and King Maha Vajiralongkorn Bodindradebayavarangkun before laying flower wreath to recapture King Bhumibol Adulayadej. Mr. Rithika also attended the kings honoring exhibition “Continuing the kings intellectual to create Thai transportation” opening ceremony where Mr. Arkhom Termpittayapaisith, Minister of Transport presided over the event on Saturday 16th September 2017 at Lat Pho park, Samut Prakan Province.

Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) welcomed 60 disabled children and officers from Christian Care foundation for Children with Disabilities in Thailand (CCD) visiting and riding M.R.T. Chalong Ratchadham line from Nonthaburi Civic Center station to Talad Bang Yai station on Friday 20th October 2017.
MRTA Royal Kathin Ceremony 2017 at Suwannaram temple
Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) organized MRTA Royal Kathin Ceremony 2017 at Suwannaram temple, Bangkok Noi district, Bangkok where Mr. Rithika Suparat, Deputy Governor (Administration) acting Governor presided over the ceremony. Gen. Yodyuth Boonyatikarn, Chairman of the Board of directors also attended the ceremony along with MRTA sub - committee, executives and approximately 100 officers on Monday 30th October 2017. In conclusion, MRTA and people donated money in the ceremony totally 1,146,562 baht.
MRTA save environmental with brassieres donation activity
Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) in collaborated with I.C.C. International PLC organized “MRTA save environmental with brassieres donation” activity by receiving useless brassieres from MRTA executives, officers and M.R.T. Chaloem Ratchamongkhon line and Chalong Ratchadham line’s passengers to rightfully dispose by burning it as alternative fuel in cement making process to decrease community waste and pollution. Therefore, MRTA places bra donation boxes at MRTA 3 office buildings and park and ride buildings at M.R.T. Lad Phrao station, Bang Rak Noi Tha It station and Yaek Nonthaburi 1 station from October 2017 to September 2018 before giving the bras to I.C.C. afterward. The activity was held in order to encourage MRTA executives and officers to be the givers and to be part of saving environment process.
