The 1st-5th fire prevention project 2016 (MRT Green Line project Mochit-Saphan Mai-Kukot)
The 1st-5th fire prevention project 2016 (MRT Green Line project Mochit-Saphan Mai-Kukot) Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) organized the 1st-5th fire prevention activity of 2016 for communities along the route of MRT Green Line project Mochit-Saphan Mai-Kukot. The activities were held on 7th, 8th, 9th, 15th and 29th May 2016 for 9 communities consist of Bangkhen Police Station flat community, Ammarin Nivet 1 village, Plairattana community, 24th Kilometer community, Yenchum community, Kukot Pattana community and Saimai Pattana 1 and 2 communities and Ammarin Nivet 3 village where MRTA Security and Rescue Department officers trained people in communities on the self-use of fire extinguishers.

MRTA lay the flower wreath at King RAMA VIII’s monument Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) laid the flower wreath at King Rama VIII’s monument on Thursday 9 June 2016 at Suthat Thep Wararam Temple to commemorate the death of King Rama VIII. Furthermore, MRTA donated money about 4,000 baht to Atthama Ratchanusorn Foundation Under Patronage H.M. to give a royal charity to King Rama VIII.

The 5th fire prevention project 2016 (MRT Green Line project Bearing-Samut Prakan) Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) organized the 5th fire prevention activity of 2016 for communities along the route of MRT Green Line project Bearing-Samut Prakan. The activities were held on Saturday 11th June 2016 for Supakorn Community and Bang Duan Village No.8 Community where MRTA Security and Rescue Department officers trained people in communities on the self-use of fire extinguishers. This activity is the last fire prevention activities of 2016, where a total number of 10 communities were trained.

Teachers and students from Chulalongkorn University Demonstration School visit MRTA Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) greeted the total number of 20 teachers and students from Chulalongkorn University Demonstration School visiting MRTA on a field trip at M.R.T. Chaloem Ratchamongkhon Line’s depot on Thursday 23rd June 2016 at 10.00-12.00 A.M., where Bangkok Expressway and Metro PLC (BEM)’s officer was a lecturer.

MRTA attend MOT Royal Kathin Ceremony 2016 Mr.Peerayudh Singpatanakul, Governor of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) attended Ministry of Transportation (MOT)’s Royal Kathin Ceremony 2016 at Nuannoradit Temple, Phasi Charoen District, Bangkok on Friday 11th November 2016 where Mr.Arkhom Termpittayapaisith, Minister of Transportation presided over the ceremony. MRTA also donated 100,000 baht in order to make a merit.

MRTA Royal Kathin Ceremony 2016 at Hua Lamphong Temple Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) organized MRTA Royal Kathin Ceremony 2016 on Monday 7th November 2016 at Hua Lamphong Temple where Mr. Peerayudh Singpatanakul, Governor presided over the ceremony. Gen.Yodyuth Boonyatikarn, Head of director also attended the ceremony along with MRTA executives and approximately 200 MRTA officers. In conclusion, MRTA and people donated money in the ceremony totally 1,559,882 baht.

MRTA dedicates to the remembrance of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA)’s executives and officers united to dedicate to the remembrance of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej in front of the king’s portrait at main lobby, first floor, building 1, MRTA on Friday 14th October 2016.

MRTA 4th Blood Donation Activity 2016 Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) and National Blood Centre, Thai Red Cross Society organized MRTA 4th Blood Donation activity 2016 on Wednesday 2nd November 2016 in front of Building 1, MRTA where a total number of 150 MRTA employees joined this activity by donating blood. The activity was in collaboration between MRTA and Thai Red Cross Society to enhance the efficiency of securing sufficient blood supplies for nationwide demand. It will be held every 3 months.

Bangkok Metropolitan’s traffic congestion solution subcommittees from the National Legislative Assembly visit MRTA Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) greeted Bangkok Metropolitan’s traffic congestion solution subcommittees in the National Legislative Assembly’s transportation committee visiting MRTA to participate in the meeting with MRTA’s executives and officers leading by Mr.Peerayudh Singpatanakul, Governor to discuss about traffic congestion solution plan for Bangkok and Metropolitan area at meeting room 1, 9th floor, building 1 on Thursday 13th October 2016.

Birthday Merit-making Activity September 2016 Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) organized a Birthday Merit-making Activity September 2016 on Monday 29th September 2016 leading 135 MRTA employees to make merit at Bang Kung temple, Samut Songkhram Province and donate money to support Child Protection Foundation Amphawa totally cost 12,676 baht.

MRTA sent athletes to qualify for Government Games 2016 Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) sent athletes to the competition for representing Economy group in “Government Games 2016” where MRTA athletes participated in men and women tracks and men and women shot put. In conclusion, MRTA athletes were selected in women tracks 100 m, 200 m, 400 m, women 4x100 m relay and 4x400 m relay, men 4x100 m and women shot put competition where the athletes have to compete in Government Games 2016 on Tuesday 18th October 2016 at Thephasadin Stadium.
