THE ORANGE LINE

: BANG KAPI – BANG BUMRU SECTION

PROJECT BACKGROUND

The Orange Line was one of the recommended routes according to the Mass Rapid Transit Systems Master Plan which ran from Bang Kapi (Northeastern side) to Bang Bumru (Western side). After forming the Purple Line, a new line that mixed from vary sections of some other projects, the line remained only the Bang Kapi – Sam Sen Section, however it was extend westward to end at Bang Bumru.
